Volunteer Application Requirements

  • Enjoys spending time with youth

  • Must be a team player

  • Flexible, patient and adaptable

  • Likes creative solutions

  • Loves to be silly, but serious when appropriate

  • Enjoys being outdoors

  • 21 & older

  • Is a good role model

  • Complete a Sterling volunteer’s background check

  • Has a desire to give back to the community
